add user : User could not be registered

Question

Hello, 
 I'm trying to add a user trough GUI but it fails with the message "User could not be registered". 
 It is the same situation as the one in : User could not be registered in Authentication 
 But that thread is locked and the link is not working. 
 
 How can I add user? Why is the process failing? Where can I see more details as the message is really only that one sentence without any explanation?

Hi Fedor Pollak , Thank you for reaching out to the community, Please follow the steps below below: 1.) Setup an SSMK using the below steps: 
 
 Go to Advanced Shell. 
 SSH to SFOS or access the Console of the firewall. 
 Go to Option 5. Device management. 
 Go to Option 3. Advanced Shell. 
 
 2.) Run the command as provided below: 
 
 /bin/nsgenc reset -f 
 /bin/nsgenc init 
 Then run the command: 
 /bin/nsgenc status; echo $? 
 Set the new Secure storage master key from UI 
 
 You shall be able to create the user then, let us know if that helps.
