Whenever my LAN port switch restart my both the HA firewall restart why it happen

Thank you for reaching out to the community, cause you have your Port1 LAN under the monitored interface, and if any of them goes down, the firewall removes itself from the cluster, and a failover occurs. So here with the switch restart your Port1 fluctuates and hence firewall restarts...REF About HA.
Additionally also check if the following options in HA is enabled:
