Removing existing ACL

Question

I have defined an ACL and applied it on an interface using distribute-list command. 
 Now i want to delete the ACL. How can i do that? 
 It is mentioned that i have to first remove it from the interface and then delete the acl.

 Thanks for the information. 
 Could you try removing it the distribute-list under routerconfig mode, enter by using command on rip(config): router-rip 
 then run command: no distribute-list test out port2 
 For removing ACL: 
 under > rip(config): no access-list test

Is your screenshot showing the current config? I don't see the ACLs / distribute-lists you mentioned. Have you tried something like this: rip# configure terminal rip(config)# no distribute-list test out port2 rip(config)# no access-list test rip(config)# end to remove the unwanted config?
