Dear community, A deployed XGS 107, with the following configuration; Ports LAN and WAN Connected Gateway firewall -Routing & DHCP Enabled. Fails to show Live users ( data) whereas Live Connections are detected in the Network traffic. How can I achieve having live users listed to allow me to determine traffic rules for them..? Where can I find connected nodes on my wireless network by their IP/ Mac Address.? Attached is the a setup diagram. A waiting for your quick response!

Dear community,

A deployed XGS 107, with the following configuration;

Ports LAN and WAN Connected
Gateway firewall -Routing & DHCP Enabled.

Fails to show Live users ( data) whereas Live Connections are detected in the Network traffic.

How can I achieve having live users listed to allow me to determine traffic rules for them..?
Where can I find connected nodes on my wireless network by their IP/ Mac Address.?

would request you to refer - Sophos Firewall: Implement clientless SSO with multiple AD DCs , Configure NTLM authentication , Configure AD SSO web authentication , Redirection hostname, NTLM support in browsers, and authentication methods.

For some reasons, both Apple products (iPhone and Mac) are failing to connect to this Wi-Fi. Any idea why?

Your colleague says there is just a workgroup with no domain. If that really is the case than you cannot use AD SSO....

About the wifi and you apple devices; from your drawing it looks like they are connecting to an independent access point. If there is no wifi-connection you should check the access point. If there is connection but no internet than there might be some config in the firewall. Do the Apple devices get an IP-address on wifi or don't they connect at all?
