Hello, i'd like to report a possible bug without to make a case.
We're using SFOS 19.5.3 MR-3, and tried to activate MFA for VPN or the userportal.
Of five users, we had always two people who had problems with a OTP timestamp of more than 30 sec (default). We used 45seconds!
We tried different Android version and different Auth apps, but the problem remained with 45 sec. In the VPN logs we had only the generell message with "wrong credentials"
When i used a custom timestamp for 30sec or the generell setting, everything worked again, so we decided to use 30sec for all users.
we had this problem for around 1 year, and at least the last three updates. Its a workaround and its enough for now.
