Please check and verify firewall rule and NAT rules flows under MONITOR & ANALYZE || Diagnostics || Packet Capture passing from the same DNAT rules created as above ?.

Make sure the server is reachable with a ping test from the firewall and ports with a telnet test.

Please try changing your destination network to a network address (or network address range eg 10.10.10.0/24 not just the port address.

Do you also have a firewall rule allowing traffic from WAN - any using the SRV-ALLIAX_TEST service to LAN - SRV-ALLIAX_TEST (where in the latter case SRV-ALLIAX_TEST is the server object pointing to the internal IP of the server?
