SMS Gateway Issue Sophos XG310.

Dear Experts,

I am configuring SMS gateway for guest users to access the Internet, our firewall firmware is on SFOS 19.5.2 MR-2-Build624, i am getting error "Response string:ERR_MOBILE"while Testing the connection please find the screenshot. can any one help to resolve this issue.

Upon checking your case 07245204, the case handler will further check the logs collected( Access server, CSC, and tarball) and will get back to you.

Hi,

As an update from the case, the case handler is advising to do firmware upgrade, also, this was the case was closed for the meantime, kindly update us or create another case if you're still encountering the issue upon firmware upgrade
