Limit total traffic of each client on open Wi-Fi

Hello.

We have an open Wi-Fi network that anyone can connect to without authenticating.
We want each client who connects to be able to browse at most 1Gb of data per day. (of any type, navigation, online video, etc.)
Is it possible to do this?

Hi Paco, 
 As Ian suggested above this would be a difficult setup without identifying them accordingly. 
 What you can configure for that setup without authentication is to limit each individual traffic eg. only 1MBps, 125Kilobyte/s during the time they are connected or whichever you prefer. 
 
 You may create a rule base traffic shaping for the Wifi-network(kindly follow along this Community RR: Sophos Firewall: How to Configure QoS and understanding the conceptual difference between the shared and individual )
