Outgoing openvpn connection through SophosXG: Constant disconnects and Transport error inovpn log

Hello, i have yet again a strange error. We have some clients in our network that use openvpn connections with  Openvpn client is v3.4.4.3.

They can connect successfully and have mostly 1-2 Disconnects, but now constantly disconnects to the target. I've open the port 4443 for this udp+tcp and see normal allowed logs for my rule + the standard nat / MASQ rule to the internet. The openvpn logs show me: "TRansport error: transport error on 'tragetserver.domainname.com'. NETWORK_RECV_ERROR'

At the same time we only see the first allowed log entry and then multiple denied entrys for the standard denyall rule.

the connection is reconnects itself and around 30sec it disconnects and again and again with the same reason.

When it reconnects, i dont see anymore a allowed entry. It seems that the first allowed entry in the XG log is the first and only connection. But i don't understand what the connection breaks. When i use a proxy over a second independent internetconnection , it works without any errors. A site2site connection is no solution at the moment for this connection , But its in the making from the other party.

The same behavior happens with the sophosconnect client, but it lacks of good verbose error messages in the client log.!!

Thanks in advance
