XG135 sophos firewall port forwarding not working properly on our customer ..he has remote access on IPPBX branch..how can i solve this issue

How head and branch office are connected ?
Seems you have already hosted your IPPBX server on internet with DNAT(port forwarding) from head office you can use same public IP and ports on firewall rule at Branch office to allow it this can be a case.

Thanks for your update over PM, as we have fix the issue as per your network scenario.
Sophos WAN IP is configured with private IP, we have port forwarded Sophos WAN IP on ISP router and voice started working at BO side.
