League Of Legends Issues

My school has a computer lab that does E-Sports. They run League of Legends. For some reason, Sophos is causing the game to crash and not run but I have not received any Sophos notifications that says there's a problem with the game. The E-Sports teacher said that Sophos is apparently treating the game as a virus. When Sophos is uninstalled, the program works without issues. The game and its associated ports and websites are already whitelisted with the school's firewall. What could the issue be between Sophos and League of Legends?

Sophos Endpoint Agent was uninstalled. No notification ever came up about League of Legends, it just didn't work. Please let me know how to access the screen shown above.

Hello,

I think Bharat, is confused about the product you are using, but just to confirm before I move the thread to the correct forum, are you using Sophos Endpoint and or your School also uses the Sophos Firewall?

To avoid confusion, what product are you using?

Also, kindly check the log viewer first to give us more details. This may need some adjustment on application filter or port block, etc.
