SMTP defer on Sophos XGS 126

Question

Hello, 
 I'm experiencing an issue where I cannot send email notifications from the Sophos XGS 126 router. The emails remain in the spool folder.

from log files

 I don't know what else I can do? Thank you for your help.

 Thank you for your help, I immediately saw the error in the log. The mistake was my incorrect password for the mail server. 
 Does Debug mode turn off automatically or do I need to enter a command in the CLI?
