No logs after SSD firmware update

Hi, we updated the SSD firmware last week and we no longer have any logs on the reports. Do you have this problem?

We hadn't seen it but since the update it's impossible to have logs in the reports.

We are on a XGS3100 (SFOS 19.5.3 MR-3-Build652) HA cluster

Did you had Logs before?
What about a Takeover to the other appliance?
Did you upgrade both appliances?

Hi Lucar Toni ;)

yes we have the logs dating from before the update.
We have not tried to restart on the other firewall.
And yes we updated both

If, after the reboot the issue persists, please open a case with Support and share the Case ID. Also, if you haven't take a look at this KB on Reports not showing.
