I use Sophos Email Protection. It is the front end for Microsoft 365.
I am being sent email from a company donotreply@vendor.org
The emails are bounced back to the sender. I have placed "@vendor.org" on my Allow list. Other mail from this vendor is delivered but not the "donotreply" sender.
All other emails show up in Message History but eh "donotreply" sender never shows up.
Where do I go from here?
