I;m following the few videos that I can find about how to set up Entra AD SSO for captive portal and VPN but I can't seem to get it working. Are there any step by step instructions that I can follow, other than the published Sophos videos, which seem to skirt over a few steps?

so since the inception of v20 you are facing this trouble right ?
You can share the logs like tomcat and csc...for investigating the log.
But would recommed you to log a service request, so that we can investigate the debug logs in detail...
