API error (Get All Users)

Question

Hi there,

When I call Get All Users API ( I use Postman) it will give me an error like this after 50 seconds:

<Status>Transaction fail</Status>
and I get these errors /log/apiparser.log:
INFO      Jan 16 15:45:39Z [15031]: Opcode response: status:500
ERROR     Jan 16 15:45:39Z [15031]: opcode:readAPIInterface has been failed.
INFO      Jan 16 15:45:39Z [15031]: <End>   -  Request:Get, Component:User, return:-1
(The list of all users are huge, 6200+ users)
Is there anyway to increase timeout of API response?

Hello Reza Akhlaghi , Thank you for reaching out to the community, you can use Import export from backup and firmware > import export instead and select selective configurations like users. 
 And use XML file instead. Refer - API payload and XML tags . RR - XML Import for SFOS Default objects . RR - Creating XML Objects with notepad++ for mass import . Additional, you can go through API configuration , Post an API request , & Postman collection . And as far as response timeout for API is concerned, I am afraid it is not available.
