Firewall no longer shows registered to my email.

Good Day All. I built my Sophos Firewall, downloaded and registered SFOS. I use this firewall in my home network and I made a recent change to Static IPs. Once I set a static on the WAN interface, 2 things happened. I could not longer access the Web Admin via the WAN interface, even with an ACL Exception. I can no longer access the User Portal, though it is set to active on the WAN Interface. I am wondering if this is due to the fact that my firewall now reads:

Company Name Sophos
Contact Person Sophos
Registered email address support@sophos.com

Not certain why that changed, and have not been able to locate how I can change it back.

Sophos changed the Licensing from MySophos to Sophos Central. For Home User, there is no Sophos Central.

See:  IMPORTANT: Sophos Firewall Licensing Portal Changes

    • Home Use Firewalls - Home use licenses are perpetual and will not need renewal or management. They will not appear in Sophos Central, and accounts with only home use licenses have not been migrated to Sophos Central
