Seeking Recommendations for Up-to-Date SFOS Learning Course

Hello,

I'm currently in a transition phase at work as we're moving from UTM to XG, specifically SFOS. While I've had some exposure to UTM, I'm looking for a comprehensive course to bring me up to speed with SFOS.

I came across a course on Udemy, but it seems a bit dated (a couple of years old). Does anyone have recommendations for a more current SFOS learning course? Your insights and suggestions will be immensely helpful as I navigate this transition.
