Need Assistance with setting up VPN connection

I am currently facing an issue with setting up a VPN connection.

I have successfully set up an SSL VPN connection to access our organization's resources. The connection from an external network using Sophos Connect is established without any issues.

However, I am encountering difficulties accessing internal IP addresses within the organization. Additionally, I am unable to ping any of the internal IP addresses. To provide more context, I have ensured that I have enabled both ping and DNS on both LAN and WAN in the device access settings. I have also setup a firewall rule for the VPN connection.

Despite these configurations, I'm still facing the connectivity issue.

I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions you could share to help me troubleshoot and resolve this issue. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
