Please share some examples. Because NAT Rule translates private IP addresses into public IP addresses, allowing private IP networks to connect to the internet and hiding the internal network behind the public IP address but I Want to server load balancing with in LAN or Between the Private IPs not over the internet or Public IP.
You mean between the two zones right ? like traffic to DMZ to LAN or LAN to DMZ load balancing, where server is located in DMZ zone and clients are in the LAN zone ?
Thanks & Regards,

How many physical connections are in each zone that you want to load balance across?
Please provide a simple sketch of your proposed network.

Hey Ahmed Naveed ,
The Balancing rules in UTM 9 is when suppose that you have two HTTP servers in your DMZ with the IP addresses 192.168.66.10 and 192.168.66.20, respectively. Assumed further you want to distribute HTTP traffic arriving on the external interface of your gateway equally to both servers. To set up a load balancing rule, select or create a host definition for each server. You may call them http_server_1 and http_server_2. Then, in the Create New Load Balancing Rule dialog box, select HTTP as Service. In addition, select the external address of the gateway as Virtual server. Finally, put the host definitions into the Real servers box.
On XG, You can specify a load balancing method for the translated destination hosts, for example, web or email servers. You can select round robin, first alive, random, sticky IP, or one-to-one as the load balancing method. Refer Add a firewall rule.
Thanks & Regards,
