SPF resetting - multiple...

I have 2 networks call them 10. and 192... one is for camera's to keep them seperated.

Well one of our other building the office network 192. was getting weird lag spiked between buildings.. about 900ft or so run maybe 1000ft.

I was like thats weird this is all about 1 year old sophos 24port POE switches and brand new sophos sfp... identical hardware for both networks.. 1st thing I did was turn it all off and swap the sfps at both end... this will let me know if its an SFP or a fiber somehwere that is the problem...

NOPE.... not sfp or fiber... the 192. network still had the intermitent lag... I unplug everything from it, hook up 1 laptop to ping and still.... So I noticed the lights on the SFP stop on both the 192. network switches... Could i have one or both bad switches?.... NOPE had spares.... swapped both of them out real quick same problem.... It looks like the lights on the SFP go out at both ends for 3 seconds then start blinking again... both rooms are AC nothing is overheating.... The sfp and fiber lines were swapped with the 10. network multiple times and it never has a problem... all the same hardwar etc... This was manager by a company that went out of business and the attempts to get the password off the xg230 have not been good with the sophos help and inability to speak english too well when we've called kind of just gave up so still locked out... working on maybe buying a new sophos xg but  anyone know what the next step would be?  sg is stuck on 17.5 firmware without the password from old msp.. so kind of stuck without a lot of the nicer features to help track it down.... any tips would be apreciated...
