Sophos RED XGS not working

Hello,

We have migrated a Sophos RED 15 from an SG to an XGS and are now getting the following error with the RED

REDD ERROR: server: Can not do SSL handshake on Socket
accept from 'ipadress customer': SSL accept attempt failed error:14094418:SSL routin
es:ssl3_read_bytes:tlsv1 alert unknown ca

Does anyone have an idea?

Hello admin_idl , Thank you for reaching out to the community, can you delete the existing RED15 ( EoL ) config and re-add it again and check whether you still have the same error ?

Hi,

RED15 is EOL since 31-AUG-2023 ( https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000035279?language=en_US )

Since then, I have also encountered various problems...

(unable to connect to Firewall, unable to update firmware, ...)

Migrating to SD-REDxx always solve the problems.

Kann die PM nicht beantworten.
Das muss in den Einstellungen freigeschaltet werden.
Alternativ einfach die Telefonnummer per PM.

PS: "haben die zu deinem Kunden geschickt" ... wirklich?
