problems witch conection in a apk service

good mornig

i have a problem with mi firewall cgs3100 in my institucion, the development area made an apk service

and my firewall block the conection with this apk, actually we try everything change rules of conection, made news rules

en webs without restriccion, in the same way in aplications but it doesn´t work.

anyone have the same problem, or solution

    Thanks for reaching out to Sophos Community. 

    Could you confirm in the Log Viewer if traffic is being blocked by Sophos Firewall (Web Filtering, App Control, IPS etc) ?

    Also, could you share your firewall rule for this traffic? Have you tried creating a FW rule without any filtering?
