Private VPN

Hi,

I am running a XGS2100 firewall would like to set it up to use as a private VPN server. Not to access local resources but just to use as a private VPN for privacy for internet access only, utilizing the internet connection on the 2100.

I would need to use the VPN on Apple Phones and Apple Desktops. Could anyone provide me with a starting points or some best practice please?
