Support for DNS over HTTPS

When forwarding DNS to servers like 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8, is it possible to do so using DoH?

DNS over HTTPS would be a great complement to Sophos Firewall, now It's a good time to implement as Sophos DNS Protection is on Early Access.
