HTTP ERROR 503 Service Unavailable

After upgrading to version 19.5.3 the following problem occurred with the result that I could not login to Fw (XG-115).

 Greetings, 
 We have been reported this issue earlier with the defect ID NC-119514. You may try restarting the tomcat service and review if that helps or not. 
 Go to advance shell and use the below command to restart the service. 
 service tomcat:restart -ds nosync 
 If it still fails, you may collect the tomcat logs and raise the support case with us to review. 
 cd /log 
 tail -f tomcat.log
