Site to Site VPN

Have you tried to use any how-to videos, documentation, Sophos Assistant, or KBA to try to check the issue?

• Kindly check the VPN to LAN/LAN to VPN Firewall Rule for the services/network allowed.
• Do a packet capture to verify the traffic
• Check if Ping is allowed in the  VPN Zone (Device Access)
• Is there a  Local ACL created to drop VPN traffic
• Check Log Viewer for drop/reject upon probing
