Site to Site VPN

Question

Greetings, 
 We've set up a Site to Site VPN in our Main and branch office, they were active but we're still unable to ping the ip address from the main. Can anybody help me with this?? or any configurations i need to check please? thank you.

 Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community. 
 Have you tried to use any how-to videos, documentation, Sophos Assistant, or KBA to try to check the issue? 
 
 Kindly check the VPN to LAN/LAN to VPN Firewall Rule for the services/network allowed. 
 Do a packet capture to verify the traffic 
 Check if Ping is allowed in the VPN Zone (Device Access) 
 Is there a Local ACL created to drop VPN traffic 
 Check Log Viewer for drop/reject upon probing
