2FAS cant scan QR code using iphone

hi all,

people with iphones that have the 2FAS app cant scan the QR code that appears on there user portal as we do 2fa for openvpn

weird thing is people with android can scan there QR codes fine no problem

Thank you for reaching out to the community, in iPhone did you allow the 2FAS app to access the camera ?
Alternatively, did you enter the service key (code) manually if that helps ?

Yes, when you click "scan qr code" it then asks "do you allow 2fas to use camera" and I say yes/allow

I was able to do successfully on iPhone: https://2fas.com/check-token/

Besides, Please refer - Third-party authenticator support.

You can use authenticator apps for firewall services that require MFA. Some apps let you use the firewall's QR code. Others require you to manually enter the Base32 secret key.

You can use the following apps:

Intercept X for Mobile

Google Authenticator

Microsoft Authenticator

Duo Mobile

Okta Verify

Yeah scanning the test QR code from 2FAS works but scanning the qr code on the user portal doesn't
