Multiple WAN-Ports / Gateways - Is this Scenario possible? And: Good learning Ressources for "Beginners" (Home)?

Hello there!

I am a Sophos Home License user and after years with the Sophos UTM, I want to try using the "Sophos Firewall" at home now.

So the first question is: Can anyone recommend good learning ressources for (private) persons, who used the UTM and want to use the "XG" now? I actually installed an appliance and the "basic configuration with the wizard ist no problem... but further configuration is much more complex than it was with the UTM and in some places i miss intuitiveness...

My other question is, if I can build the following (new) scenario with a Sophos Firewall:

- I want to use two WAN-Interfaces

- And three LAN-Interfaces

- Devices in LAN 1 and LAN 2 should be connected to the internet via WAN 1. If WAN 1 fails, it should use WAN 2. This would be possible with the "WAN-Link Manager", if I declare WAN 2 as Backup Interface. BUT...

- In LAN 3 are devices, which should use WAN 1 and there are devices that shloud use WAN 2. It's because I only got one public IP per ISP and want to use multiple services with same port over the internet (port forwarding). In the Sophos UTM, I configured NAT-rules to achieve that (but only had one WAN-Interface, so this scenario is completely new for me).

it's hard to describe in words. Perhaps you can understand it better with the following picture:
