Rack ears for XGS 2100?

Does anyone know where we can get rackmount ears for an XGS 2100? Our account manager says they can only sell us the full sliding rackmount kit for a hefty price tag. We don't need sliding rails, we just need an extra pair of the ears that come with a new firewall. (The L-shaped brackets, specifically the "long" pair as the firewalls usually come with a "short" pair as well that wobbles.) They're about 8 inches long and screw into the sides of the firewall for mounting on a network rack. We tried Support but they said we need to talk to our account manager. Picture added below for reference. I'm also fine with some kind of universal ears if I know they will fit.

    For Sophos rack mount replacement, you may contact your sales engineer/partner to ask the Supply chain team for a replacement for free.

    However, this only applies if there’s a stock available.

    We are a Sophos Partner. Our account manager (I think the internal term is Territory Account Executive) said you do not supply replacement rack ears -- only full sliding rack rails. I won't share pricing publicly, but the pricing definitely doesn't reflect the little metal angle brackets -- we were quoted at about 10x what those would normally cost for most vendors. He definitely said that was the only option, but we do not need a full sliding rail kit (Part Number RMSZTCH1U). He didn't say the regular ears were out of stock, only that they weren't an option.
