Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

When accessing the "website" go to Log Viewer > Select Web Filter > then Add Filter > Select Src IP enter the IP of the computer you are using to access in Value and click Add Filter.

It should show something like this:

Then if you hover over the Web Filter icon, you will see the Fw_Rule hitting the traffic, the Web Policy blocking among other information.

But it say acceptable?

Seems the requested destination (192.168.3.90) isn't allowed by any firewall-rule.

So the "DROP ALL" firewall rule with ID 10 drops the traffic (and answer with "deny" to web requests).

A short network-sketch would be helpful.
