I've setup an IPsec remote VPN which works well with the SOPHOS connect client and heartbeat is being sent. Now, I want to achieve this same scenario that users connect through l2TP VPN and have SOPHOS connect client installed on their systems and only if they have green heartbeat they can connect to our network. Kindly confirm does l2TP support heartbeat? As I Searched and only found support for IPsec and SSL VPN.

Thank you for reaching out to the community, Sophos Security Heartbeat only works with SSL VPN remote access users with Windows clients.
Security heartbeat for Mac OS is not supported over any remote access VPN (SSL VPN, L2TP VPN, IPsec VPN).
