Sophos v19 Wan Link Manager - One active Two Backups

You need to configure WAN 2 and 3 as backup and then under "Activate this gateway" make a condition that WAN2 would be activated if WAN1 fails and WAN3 would be activated if all active gateway fails.

Yes, I think that doing like you suggested WAN3 would take over when all active gateway fails (and we have only one active gateways, WAN1). So it would take over when WAN1 are going to be down.

Yes on the condition above, when all active gateway fails (WAN1 and WAN2) only that's when WAN3 would be activated and would sit as a backup till it meets the condition. 

WAN1: Active gateway

WAN2: Backup - Activate this Gateway if WAN1 fails

WAN3: Backup - Activate this Gateway if All Gateway(WAN1 and 2) Fails
