Does the XGS5500 support operation at 2.5Gbps of a 2.5GBaseT SFP? I have a client who has an SFP-2.5G-T from sf.com installed in their XGS5500 which is then connected over copper patch lead to a router with in-built 2.5GBaseT ports. At present the link is operating, but only at 1Gbps.
The router's port was configured to auto speed - we are yet to try setting this to fixed 2.5Gbps, full duplex to see if this forces the SFP in the XGS to 2.5Gbps - but I was hoping to determine whether the 2.5G speed should be supported over the XGS's SFP ports in the first place.
