There was a change in the configuration of SSLVPN IPv4 lease range. SFOS v19 uses IP subnet value while the earlier version uses IP range and subnet.

Already is good. I have migrate to v19.  Many time after, I catch the administration->Device Access https selection don't allow VPN and PING too.
