Installation problems-unable to load loader

Hello everyone I have been having some issues installing Sophos XG firewall On a old Sophos ws500 web security appliance that I have previously had running UTM 9 without a problem. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this error ?

Hi Brian,

Thanks for choosing Sophos.

You cannot install Sophos XG Firewall to Sophos WSA.
