Closed support cases not visible in support portal

Hello,

when logged into Sophos support portal, I can only see open cases. There is no option visible to see closed cases.

I'd like to have them visible for referencing. Now I have to check old emails.

Can I or someone of Sophos "unlock" closed cases function?
