Lan and Wifi configuration

How can i configure PORT 1 with DHCP Ip range from 192.168.1.61 to 192.168.1.85 keeping gateway 192.168.1.1

Port 2 with DHCP Ip range from 192.168.1.100 to 192.168.115 while keeping gateway 192.168.1.1

Port 3with DHCP Ip range from 192.168.1..168.116 to 192.168.253 while keeping gateway 192.168.1.1

Port 1 will be kept for switch from where desktops will be connected &

On Port 2 and Port 3, on each of the port I want to directly connect my Tp link WiFi router as Acces point.

I want to know will this configuration work if yes than, will all the devices among all the 3 ports be able to communicate with each other as we are keeping same IP Ranges.
