XG Software Appliance fails running Version 18 and get's into a boot Loop

Hi,

 

since today my Software XG is failing to boot up, it is stuck in a Bootloop.

The following Messages are shown while Booting:

This Problem also does not get solved by reinstallation, after entering the Licensenumber, the device gets into the Bootloop.

I've already checked RAM and the SSD for defects, but they are not defect.

Since I am XG Home User I can't open a case with Support.

  • You cannot upgrade from MR10 to v18. You need to downgrade to mr9 and then move to v18.

  • Thank you for your answer, but this screenshot is only a Example, sorry for the misleading Title, I've edited it.

    I've tried Updating from 17.5.9, from 17.5.10 and directly installing V 18, but the Problem is the same.

    So the Problem is obviously not the Update from V 17.5.10 to V 18, the Problem generally exists as soon as V 18 is running.

    Here a screenshot after the installation of V 18:

    Some seconds after the Appliance is in the State of the picture above, it reboots.

    Any Ideas?
