Network Printer in QNAP

Hello,

I habe a new Problem. My HP Envy 4500 Printer is connected to my QNAP via USB and shared to the Network. Without Sophos Firewall XG all working fine, now, i can't print. My QNAP received nothing to print from my Laptop. What Port i have to Open? I have a Police / rule to all networks, Services etc, but thats not solved my Problem

    I will need some more information on the following questions, to properly investigate this matter. I also want you to follow these steps:

    1. Are you using User Authentication?

    - If you are using Authentication, did you configured Printer's IP in the Client-less User list. 

    Go to Objects > Identity > Clientless Users and click Add to create a new clientless user. PFA screenshots.

    2. Create a Firewall Rule with Source as the printer's IP address and allow all service in this Firewall Rule. Please place the Rule on the TOP of any other rule configured.

    Please follow this two exercise and let me know if that helps.
