Hi Ian,
There is a known issue for the report not generated at first. As a workaround, we suggest to reload the page and it starts working. Can you please try that and let us know if it still doesn't work?
Regarding the stacked area chart, when data generated is having nearly the same timestamp, it gets loaded in one line on Y-Axis. We already have it reported and planned for fixing sooner.
Please let us know if that's not the issue you are seeing with the stacked area chart.
Thanks,
Pankti
Hi Pankti,
I have tried all of your suggestions and some other ideas, but even after XG V18 EAP3 still no graph.
I will wait until the next release, not as if I have any option.

To close the loop on this thread, the team has identified when this issue occurs and we believe that the chance of this happening in GA production is low. During testing of the EAP, it is possible that it will occur with a specific set of conditions. There is a bug filed and we will look to address this in subsequent releases. I don't have a committed date at this point. Please let us know if continue to see this in your environment.
Hi Rob,
Thank you for the update. The bandwidth graph is still showing a line at time 0.

Hi Ian,
Can we do a zoom session to look into the issue?
Thanks,
Pankti
Hi Pankti,
thank you for setting up the session and showing the world I wasn't imaging the issue.

Now just needs an extra tab on the bandwidth display to show IP address and the report will be very good.

You can actually change the columns to include IP addresses as well as the axis on the charts.
Hi Rob,
thank you, the graphs are very impressive and I found a network issue I need to investigate on one my devices.
I did change the display to show source IP and saw a number of external device downloading data through my XG to me that is a bit strange?
