Introducing SURF

We’re excited to announce the upcoming launch of our new Sophos Universal Reader and Finder (SURF) support utility. SURF will be available to Sophos Partners on June 23, 2021. This tool significantly expedites the troubleshooting process by automating the extraction and analysis of our Sophos support log bundles – the SDU and CTR – from our Sophos Central Endpoint and Sophos Firewall products. This allows for easier and more in-depth troubleshooting investigations with just a few clicks.
