  • Good day, I am struggling to implement MFA on our Sophos xg230 v19 with my google authenticator. I enrol the firewall, however, the idea of default admin password followed by the code sent by my authenticator just fails with "couldn't validate authentication code" error message. Any ideas what could be the problem here.
