We're pleased to announce the addition of bulk firmware updating to Sophos Central firewall management! This feature is available today, for all grouped firewalls, and allows you to trigger immediate firmware updates in one action, for any number of grouped firewalls that have firmware updates available. We're also pleased to announce the arrival of Scheduled firmware updates! for firewalls running XG v18 MR3 or newer, the time when firmware updates may be installed, may be scheduled from Central.
What's New and How to Use it:

Still unable to find any possibility to separate user profile to amin capabilities. That is, no possibility to give separate capabilities to different users to manage different central targets (users, computers , servers, firewalls). For instance, if I create a user account with administration capabilities that is only allowed to manage computers and not servers nor firewalls.
Could you give me a quick example, why do you want to reboot the firewalls at a scheduled manner? Because actually most customers i am talking to, uses the Firmware upgrade window to reboot the appliances and wanted to stay online as long as possible. So a scheduled reboot is against such philosophy (Never touch a running system).
This is great news!
The scheduled firmware upgrades feature is awesome, looking forward to using it for future upgrades.
How about just scheduling recurring reboots - is that on the horizon at all? Seems like now that you have the more complicated firmware upgrades thing solved, adding a scheduled reboot feature should be easy-ish?
