CS110-48P switches disconnecting from cloud after v01.3.1268 upgrade

I've had these 2 CS110-48P switches in production for several months now, but after upgrading to v01.3.1268, they won't stay connected to cloud.  I can reboot them and they show up for a little bit, but soon alert that they've disconnected again.  Anyone else getting this?  Thanks.

  • Something like this... 3 switches, last couple days been getting disconnection alerts.  Internal network is seemingly unaffected.  Currently none of the switches are visible in Central.

The switches are all still showing v01.2.1091 locally, though when I could briefly see one of them on Central it mentioned a successful upgrade to v01.3...even though the firmware in Central still showed v01.2.

Definitely some oddness.  I was thinking of updating locally, but from your experience, I may hold off.

  • After about 3 hours, 1 of them registered, but not the other.  I ended up kicking off a reboot it again and it registered immediately, completed the reboot, and re-registered after rebooting.  Just odd.

To add some extra info, the firewall at the site stays connected just fine.  Network/Voice traffic works fine over the switches.  This seems to be just related to cloud registration.
