CS110-48P switches disconnecting from cloud after v01.3.1268 upgrade

Question

I've had these 2 CS110-48P switches in production for several months now, but after upgrading to v01.3.1268, they won't stay connected to cloud. I can reboot them and they show up for a little bit, but soon alert that they've disconnected again. Anyone else getting this? Thanks.

Interesting.... today all 3 switches are showing perfectly fine in Central management. Can easily click on them and see them. 
 I suspect something was fixed behind the scenes.

I ran into this, check the System Time on the switches! Mine was a couple of months off and after updating the SNTP values it started checking in!
