Glad to hear it is working already. Sophos Switch MIB is under https://central.sophos.com/manage/overview/downloads-list
Protect Device > Switches > Download SNMP MIB Files

Sorry I can't register my Switch with Sophos Central I don't know why.
I used this document but nothing happens
You can download Switch MIB even you didnt register your switch yet to Central, you just click on the MIB file and an EU export compliance page will just pop out and you needed to fill that one and Downloading will start.
If registering to Central would still be a concern and you are facing an issue even after following the guide, I may recommend you to open a support ticket to have this further checked and please share with us the caseID once you have it via DM or by replying to this thread.
