We are using Sophos MDM with Exchange, all seems to be working normally except when a user on an IPad creates a recurring meeting in Exchange and then later changes a single instance of the meeting (ie new date, time, new participant) when that happens the meeting participants all receive updates for every meeting in the series, not just the one that is changed.
Ipads are on latest software version and Exchange is 2010
Any suggestions for investigation would be appreciated
