Unable to send SMS to mobile phones from SMC server

Hi All,
I have setup all the required configuration on the server but I am unable to send SMS to phones. I am able to ping SMS distribution center from my server. Do I need to register the mobile service provider with Sophos?

    If you have a valid license, you should have the ability to send SMS to your phones.

    I propose to open a support case to check all potential issues:

    - License validity

    - Network issues

    - GSM provider issues

    please provide the task status and the log files, once you open a support case
