Unable to send SMS to mobile phones from SMC server

If you have a valid license, you should have the ability to send SMS to your phones.

I propose to open a support case to check all potential issues:

- License validity

- Network issues

- GSM provider issues

please provide the task status and the log files, once you open a support case

Are you entering the phone number in the correct format?  The Sophos SMS Server is based in Germany so you will need to include your own country code when the number is entered.. EG, for the UK, I would enter +447951111111
